Spanish Speaking Project Training Officer - Contract - Paris /Europe - 12 months
A project training officer is required for a 12 month contract based in Paris /Spain with travel across Europe.
Skills Required- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Certified training professional
- Change management experience
- Familiarity with accounting terminology and experience of FMIS or ERP deployments
- Training delivery predominantly in Spanish and English using the LMS system for an estimated 300 usersthroughout EMEA
- Training communications administration (website, yammer, emails)
- Training materials preparation using Powerpoint and administration using Box
- Liaison with project business staff on project training and change issues
- Business support administration for training issues using webex
- Administration of the training booking process.
- Project training accommodation planning.
- Facilitation of training logons.
- Administration of training materials with the guidance of the Training Manager.
- Training issues & survey administration using Mantis and Survey Monkey
