Service Improvement

Location: West Midlands

Rate: £350 - £450 p/d

Contract Length: 3-6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Project Details: My NHS client is looking for a service improvement manager to support the development and delivery of service transformation and improvement projects, whilst leading major change projects that support the organisation in achieving its targeted performance.

You will provide expert leadership and service re-design, enabling the development of improvement initiatives that will lead to improved efficiency and quality care to patients, whilst developing medium and long term service improvement objectives.

You will communicate sensitive and contentious information through formal reports, presentations and meetings both internally and externally, including those at Executive Directorate Level.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
  • Experience of change management at senior level and working in partnership with NHS organisations at all levels.
  • Specific healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of the NHS culture and environment.
  • A record of successfully delivering improvement objectives whilst quickly developing productive relationships.
