Delivery Manager - Implementation Manager - Rollout Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivers and manages large and complex network rollout projects through all phases including, presales, analysis, planning execution and closure working with internal and customer stakeholders.
- Ensures project governance and controls by usage of required project documentation and adherence to Network Rollout process
- Ensures that all commitments are met in accordance with contracted project deliverables/SLA's
Financial Management, control of project budget and project margin, and reporting as to status of same.
- Manages sub-contractor teams with an ability to track and manage their outputs and deliverables in accordance with the overall project milestones.
- Management of risk to ensure that risks and associated mitigation strategies are planned for during project execution.
- Quality Management to ensure project outcome fulfils the contracted quality requirements and that the project is performed in a manner that is in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate directive, eg Health and Safety legislation.
Candidate Skills and Requirements
- Delivery Management experience ranging from 3-8 years in a predominantly Network Rollout and Implementation environment working on large or strategically critical projects with proven responsibility in all phases of project delivery including, presales, analysis, planning, execution and closure.
- A proven track record of successful project implementation
- Financial understanding and ability to apply same to manage cost efficient solutions.
- Site Installation Engineering, Site Design or Civil works experience is an advantage
