Job Title: User Researcher
Location: Eastbourne, Sussex
Contract: 2 months (with possible extension)
Essential Experience:
MUST have experience of at least a year in a digital user researcher role and a data analyst role
Key tasks and deliverables
Utilize a variety of user testing methodologies to build a clear picture of Dental Services user needs; Working with the business and other Business Analyst contractors to overlay this user insight over existing services and to help inform the re-design of these services in the future; Use analytical and problem solving skills to develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidence; Explain user needs to the business; Work with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation.
