Roc Search's client is seeking a Senior Design Manager to work on a great range of new build projects. My client is a rapidly expanding contractor, who mainly gets involved in private work, across industrial, commercial and mixed use sectors. They currently have plenty of work on throughout the South and London, ranging up to 90m. This is a very exciting time for the business as there is extensive growth within the business on the Horizon and therefore offers a great opportunity for a skilled Senior Design Manager to oversee several projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Pre-Construction Design Manager preferably with a Main Contractor background and be very competent in Tendering. The successful candidate will be working on multiple projects at any one time, specifically based in West London and be able to work on projects up to 75m.
Key Skills & Experience
* Minimum 10 years+ experience with Design Management on Commercial, High End, Private Sector projects between 10m - 75m
* Expert technical knowledge in Tendering.
* Adept with achieving high BREEAM ratings on large construction projects.
* Ideally from a practical construction/civil engineering/architectural background
Previous Roles:
* Design Coordinator OR Design Manager
* Must have at least 5 years UK based experience with a Main Contractor
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognised institution at 2:1
* Extensive experience within Pre-Construction
