SAP/OpenText Employee File Management (EFM) Consultant - Dutch Speaking - Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Starts: 1st October. 2 days per week, 53 days in total.
Project description/tasks:
Main Objectives:
* The setting up of SAP Employee File Management by Open Text (SAP EFM) on its SAP system, including the maintenance processes, based on the preliminary phase certain functional requirements (including the required grading and classification of the personeel dossiers and the associated retention periods).
* The import of scanned documents (staff employees in SAP EFM, in collaboration with Team Digitization personnel files).
* In the parallel project Digitization staff documents the paper records of all current staff are organized, edited and scanned.

EFM SAP (SAP Employee File Management by Open Text) Consultant Level 1.
Experience needed:
* Proven relevant experience in setting up working entirely from SAP Employee File Management by Open Text (SAP EFM);
* Able to advise to guide the choice of a content server (SAP/or Corsa Open Text) and the possible implementation of an Open Text Content Server;
* Ability to work with users to translate the functional requirements into a functional design;
* Has experience with configuring and deploying personnel files within SAP EFM;
* Has experience with setting up workflows in SAP EFM;
* Affinity with users and ease of use;
* Can work well with other SAP consultants (HCM/HCM processes and Forms) and users;
* Can work well with the team Digitization personnel files;
Skills Needed:
* Experienced SAP consultant (minimum 8 years of experience in business, operational and IT roles within the field of EFM/HCM) ;
* Demonstrated experience in implementation and improvement in the area of SAP Employee File Management by Open Text
* Able to assess functionality is default or not and so can not advise on the possibilities;
* Experience with designing scenarios for decentralized scanning multifunction products ( Kofax ) is preferred;
* Certified in SAP EFM is an advantage;
* Experience with accompanying conversion of bulk files is an advantage;
* Experience with SAP NWBC and XSS is an advantage
* Experience with SAP HCM Processes & Forms is an advantage;
* Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP is an advantage
