Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Providing 1st & 2nd line local support.Majority > Building and supporting PCs included Software.Windows Server housekeeping and maintenance.Managing VLANs on local switches.Administration of the Video Conference systems.iMACD (install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) of IT equipment.Taking responsibility for the Comms Room and equipment.Customer liaison to determine their IT requirements.EDUCATION:(Degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent experience.25 days annual leaveUp to 15% discretionary performance based bonus per annum (following successful completion of probation period)Defined Contribution Pension (up to 4% employee, up to 8.5% employer)Permanent Health InsurancePrivate Medical Insurance (starting from grade GL4)4x Life Assurance£35 per month Flexible Benefits allowance (following successful completion of probation period), e.g. gym, travel insurance, life assurance, health assessment, dental insurance, etc.SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Attained or working towards professional qualification such as A+, MCSE or CCNA.Korean and English speaking.Excellent customer service skills.Able to work effectively in a team (Teamwork and cooperation).Well-spoken and presented with good report writing skills.Can work under pressure in a changing environment.Able to operate without direct supervision.EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years of PC support experience as either an administrator or engineer.Minimum 2 years of Infrastructure support experience incorporating Comms Rooms, servers and VLANs as an administrator.
