Change Lead/Change Manager

Budget: 700 euro per day all inclusive for the Netherlands

Main Objective of the role

With the Readiness manager, develop and implement change management and training and role management tactics, to support and promote IT system implementations that involve significant business process change across business units and organizations, for a particular project or functional area. Tactics will be aligned with other projects or functional areas within the Program. Work to support successful implementation and ongoing support of systems by developing and executing necessary change strategies and tactics, including developing messages, determining senders and channels, creating materials and tools that address audience needs and expected impacts. Identifies, analyzes, understands and responds to change needs across the businesses, geographies and organizations, including those of executives, managers and end users. Coordinates the identification and assessment of training and access requirements for a project or functional area, works with trainers and deployment partners to plan, coordinate, facilitate training and awareness events to ensure users are prepared to conduct their daily activities in the system after Go-live.

Main role responsibilities
*Develop and Execute Change Management and Communications Tactics
Align existing change methodology and develop plan to define tasks and manage execution for change management and communications in support of program or project activities and business needs, including executive needs, program needs, deployments and transition to ongoing production support. Plan for program implementation of critical deliverables, but also use available resources to respond quickly to immediate needs and revisions in work plans. Plan tactics, leveraging existing methodology, to address organizational and technical change impacts; drive identification of stakeholders/audiences and needs (on internal, external and individual project basis).

Plans will include:
*Sponsor Plan based on Sponsor Model/Stakeholder Map
*Stakeholder Engagement Plan, including Sponsor and Project Team coaching regarding change management
*Change/Impact Action Plan based on Change Impact Assessments
*May facilitate To-Be Process mapping with BA's and SME's on project teams
*Communications Plan (including status, end user, manager and sponsor communications) to ensure communications alignment with project or program objectives and business unit/geography priorities. Develop communications channels and messages, routine and specialized communications efforts, working with site change leads for optimization. This will include:
oAssisting program manager with all Steering Committee and Executive Sponsor communication
oEngaging program, site leadership, site and functional team resources to develop approach and deliverables
*Readiness Plan, in partnership with Program Manager and Business leads (including developing ongoing measurements to assess readiness and realization of operating benefits, and working with businesses to ensure operational cutover and contingency plans are in place)
*Sustainment Plan (including systems and staffing needed for ongoing operations)
Monitor execution of strategy and plans. Failure to meet deliverables would adversely effect supply chain operations, customer, vendor and employee relations.
Evaluate effectiveness of efforts and develop templates and process standards that embody best practices. Create feedback mechanisms for continual process and deliverables improvement.

*Develop and Execute Training and Role Management and Tactics
Align existing training and role management methodology and develop plan to define tasks and manage execution in support of program or project activities and business needs. Plans and tactics will include:
*Identification of all end-users, by existing job function and locations (EUI)
*Master role mapping of SAP roles to user job function using Access Database and role mapping protocol
*Role to user mapping and assignment of required certification for roles required
*With Deployment Managers and team leads
oidentify local trainers and register trainers for TTT sessions planned due date
*With Deployment training leads
oprepare training rooms
oschedule pre & post go-live classes
oensure users are registered by planned due date
oensure all users trained & certified for "primary" roles
oensure site-specific post go-live processes are defined and staffing identified for ongoing end-user access and training administration

*Support Business Unit and Functional Relationships
In conjunction with local contacts and Deployment Manager, support Readiness Manager and Project or Program Manager in building relationships with project/program and business, geography and organizational management for their Project area. Ensure that a stakeholder perspective is integrated into all relevant program areas and their associated activities and communications, and that stakeholders understand the training and practice approach for the Program.
