Description
The Change & Communications Lead will be responsible designs and leads the overall EMEA S2S communications and change management strategy. The Lead will design (in collaboration with the Global ESP Change & Communication team) and collaborate with S2S team members, procurement leaders, EMEA based change agents and other key stakeholders to execute it.
The role will support the end to end deployment needs of business engagement, Source to Settle implementation and will work closely with the Global S2S Change Lead, Procurement leaders and cross-functional colleagues in the EMEA to shape, execute, and deliver key aspects of the S2S change strategy including applying the Enterprise Change Management methodology, tools, and templates to EMEA-specific transformations change plans.
Requirements:
- minimum of 7 years business experience
- Previous work experience in at least one of these functional areas is required: Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Human Resources
- English Fluent
- Bachelor s Degree in business-related discipline, Procurement, Human Resources or related field is requires
- MBA preferred
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is an asset
