SAP CRM With ISU- French Or/and Dutch Speaking
Tasks:
- Analyze and translate business functions into standard SAP CRM functionality. Challenge the requirements in terms of scope, functions, cost and timing.
- Analyze & define cross component interactions (SAP CRM/SAP ISU/SAP BRM/ESB/Interfaces) to design and deliver the integrated solution to the requirements.
- Challenge proposed detailed functional and technical solution and effort from suppliers.
- Determine system integration testing requirements.
- Follow up on implementation quality and system testing.
- Coordinate and follow up on changes with all partners involved in the change process.
- In case of projects: perform SAP configuration and write development specifications.
- Ensure creation and update of documentation according to guidelines.
- Comply with procedures related to service management and project management
Technical skills:
- SAP CRM 7 for utilities (6,00 years)
- SAP webservices confirmed
- SAP-ISU Junior
- SAP-BRM Junior
- SOA architecture Junior
General skills:
- Sector experience: Utilities market processes (Business context B2B/B2C segment for the utility sector (gas & electricity)
- Follow ITIL procédures for service management
- Take initiative and ownership
- Have fluent and professional contacts with internal customers
- Communication, flexibility, ownership and team working skills are highly required
- Languages: French and/or Dutch and English
