My client is after a ITIL V3 expert with implementation experience with implementation experience focusing on SRM, SLM, SCM and SPM. You will be involved in major projects focussed around this implementation.
Keys skills:
- ITIL V3 Expert qualification.
- Expertise in process above tool, but Remedy on Demand is an advantage
- Specific experience in Service Strategy and Service Design.
- ITIL implementation experience focusing on SRM, SLM, SCM and SPM
- ITSM Strategy experience.
