As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be tasked with managing the complete end-to-end (360) recruitment process with duties to include, but not limited to:
* Sourcing candidates including passive and active using social media, job boards, referrals + LinkedIn.
* Identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
* Developing existing business
* Arranging interviews and prepping candidates
* Lead generation
* Market analysis and research
* Providing consultative advice to candidates + clients
In return for your hard work and dedication, we provide competitive starting salaries and packages, such as:
* Basic of between £20,000-£25,000
* Uncapped (individual) commission, with no threshold
* Monthly incentives to include lunch clubs to Londons top restaurants e.g: Coq D'argent, The Shard, OXO Tower, Madisons etc
*Quarterly and annual trips to destinations such as: Ibiza, Berlin, Marbella + Las Vegas.
