Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Main Task:
-Work with 3 OCM project leads to design communication guidelines and standards for each project
-Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl content creation and Co-ordinate with owners of global channels
-Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings, etc
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the projects
-Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, Potentially also San Francisco)

Requirements:
-University degree in Communication Management preferred
-5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
-Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies
-Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-Excellent English language skills (ideally English native speaker);
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite
-Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) preferred
