Description

Key Requirements;

  • Components of the transformational long term strategy for Sales with the impact of increasing revenue.
  • Manage the following strategic performance indicators vs benchmarks of prior performance and against the performance parameters set for each sale job family.
  • Input to the technical, process and operations of sales with priority focus on [right model design, deployment, capacity and performance.
  • The strategic people impact of improved clarity of job families used in sales and the required performance characteristics of each role.
  • Supporting a globally consistent strategy for Retail Banking sales across Global Franchise to ensure strategic alignment and fit with the Retail Banking strategy.
  • Helps to define and implement the strategies of Sales for the Retail Banking.
  • Supporting the implementation of global scalable and standardised business practices for sales model design, performance parameters and capacity and productivity management to support customer outputs of sales in line with AOP and a superior customer experience
