Hanson Regan are looking for a SAP CRM Consultant for a 7 month contract role based on Brussels starting ASAP:
Description
- Analyze and translate business functions into standard SAP CRM functionality. Challenge the requirements in terms of scope, functions, cost and timing.
- Analyze & define cross component interactions (SAP CRM/SAP ISU/SAP BRM/ESB/Interfaces/ ) to design and deliver the integrated solution to the requirements.
- Challenge proposed detailed functional and technical solution and effort from suppliers.
- Determine system integration testing requirements.
- Follow up on implementation quality and system testing.
- Coordinate and follow up on changes with all partners involved in the change process.
- In case of projects: perform SAP configuration and write development spécifications.
- Ensure creation and update of documentation according to guidelines.
- Comply with procedures related to service management and project management
Technical context
Experience > 6 years
Communication, flexibility, ownership and team working skills are highly required.
Follow ITIL procédures for service management.
Follow the specific project management guide for projects.
Knowledge of SOA architecture and XML is an asset.
Knowledge of SAP ISU is an asset.
