MISSION DESCRIPTION - EXECUTIVE RECRUITER
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for :
­the assessment & selection (A&S) activities for COMEX-3 level people (mainly directors and senior manager positions)
­Partner closely with Line Leaders, and HR Business Leaders to deliver an integrated approach to internal talent management and external talent acquisition
­Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
­Project Management activities for the scope he/she is in charge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*After an organizational design exercise per department, launch A&S activities in order to select the best candidates to fill in the existing/newly created open positions in the organization
*Develop and maintain A&S tools in line with framework and methodologies to support the business
*Conduct HR interviews for COMEX-3 level internal candidates (mainly directors and senior managers positions), gather feedbacks from other key stakeholders and give a recommendation to the business.
*Organize the communication to each candidate and make sure clear next steps are defined for not retained internal candidates
*When applicable, launch external recruitment and participate in the selection of the search firm if relevant
*Partner with recruitment colleagues on sharing best practice, key talent and critical vacancies.
*Build excellent relations with business stakeholders with trust, credibility and professionalism.
*Work on a project mode (approach, deliverables, milestones, issues,…) to structure the activities and reporting
*Develop monitoring dashboards to share status of the recruitments
PREREQUISITES
Education :
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. Or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
Experience :
*8+ years of broad, diversified assessment & selection experience
*Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience for Directors/Senior Managers levels with the ability to assess, develop and recruit senior level candidates
*Assessment & selection techniques/tools
*Project management skills
*Ability to build a strong understanding of the business which they support (business model & strategy, talent & capability needs, workforce plan, employee value proposition etc)
*Coaching line managers in recruiting techniques, building relationships, people agility, business acumen
*Ability to integrate recruitment & mobility policies and processes into the broader business and HR context, as wellas in the external business environment and recruitment market
*Strong adaptability skills, able to be quikly autonomous.
*Must work effectively across cultural, language, legislative and geographical boundaries
*Stress-resistant
*Fluent in English and French
