Description
Next Ventures is urgently seeking an experienced ERP/FMIS Trainer according to the below specification:
RoleCertified training professional to work with the training manager to refine the training requirements, refine training materials and the training schedule, and train an estimated 30 users in Spain. If the engagement is successful, there may be an opportunity for local continuation training and participation in further training with the project across EMEA.
Skills RequiredBi lingual training skills and experience (Spanish)
Fluent English
Optional French as development team exists in France
Certified training professional
Change management experience
Familiarity with accounting terminology and experience of FMIS or ERP deployments
ResponsibilitiesUser training - 30 users Spain and Barcelona
Training delivery predominantly in Spanish and English.
Possible extension for an estimated 300 users.throughout EMEA
Training communications administration (website, yammer, emails)
Training materials preparation using Captiv8, Snagit, Powerpoint and administration using Box
Liaison with project business staff on project training and change issues
Business support administration for training issues using webex
Administration of the training booking process.
Project training accommodation planning.
Facilitation of training logons.
Administration of training materials with the guidance of the Training Manager.
Training issues & survey administration using Mantis and Survey Monkey
