IT Trainer- 9 month contract
Our client requires an IT trainer to be based at their offices in the Amsterdam area on a 9 month contract.
Your role and responsibilities as the IT Trainer will be:
Build a support structure for all eLearning created for systems across the business
Establish the Systems and Applications Academy on our Intranet/LMS: create an attractive landing page & maintain it
Set up a Systems Community of Practice - Social Learning & Knowledge sharing platform for system Key-and Super-Users
Registration and follow-up on registration for classroom training
Room/event set-up
Materials preparation
First point of contact for participants and trainers
Manage the training programs for Microsoft applications (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Make sure we have enough sessions scheduled to cover the demand, yet not exceeding it
Make sure our offering remains relevant
Promote our online learning platform for MS Applications (either as standalone, or blended with classroom)
Connect people and encourage them to learn from each other
Manage the training programs for Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Captivate, etc.)
Take full ownership of all administrative work related to this platform
Promote the platform across the business
Answer ad-hoc questions from the users
Support the systems Key-and Super-Users across the business with their requests
Connect system End-Users to relevant Key-and Super-Users
Any other support (administrative, logistic etc.) related to systems trainings
Closely follow-up and report on feedback received from system trainings
Analyze the ROI of the system trainings
€200 per day
