My client is a leading service company in the field of product and process development through to commercial production of active ingredients for the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry, with offices in Switzerland,UK and France,To strengthen their team in Vionnaz,Switzerland I am looking for a:
Senior Chemist Quality Assurance (60-100%)
The potential candidate would support their manufacturing and development projects in all QA issues and is an important component of the project team. An essential part of the job is the Batch Record Review and the release on behalf of FVP (specialized technical person in charge).
The candidate will also support the Quality Unit in the implementation, continuous improvement and development of the designed according to cGMP requirements quality assurance system of the company.
Your tasks:
- Supervision and technical support of production projects regarding GMP-compliant design and representation of QA respectively in the project groups
- Editing all quality-related documents
- Support in the planning and implementation of qualifications incl. The examination / approval of the related documents from production reactors / equipment, building technology, production equipment, analysis equipment or IT systems
- Ensuring GMP compliance at the site,creation, editing, review and further development of standard operating procedures and other relevant GMP documents
- Support for the planning and execution of cleaning validations incl. The test / release the associated documents
- Planning, preparation and execution of authorities, customers and internal audits
- GMP training of employees
Your profile:
- University degree in chemistry, pharmacy, food chemistry or comparable scientific degree or a doctorate
- Experience in organic synthesis and / or analysis of organic substances
- Excellent teamwork, communication and coordination skills
- Strong ability to capture complex processes
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Chromatographiedaten- and LIM systems is beneficial
- Good German and English, spoken and written, good basic knowledge of French is an advantage
