Our client a leading Utility company have openings on their team for 4-5 SAP Payroll & HR Consultants.
They are looking for people with the following skills and experience: -
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in SAP Payroll & HR
- Configuration & functional expertise of SAP Payroll & HR functionality
- Implementation of National & UK Budget Changes & SAP Support Packs
- Experience in Key Functional Areas for HR & Payroll (SCC PHR) include: -
- Irish & UK Payroll
- Performance Management
- Learning Solution
- ESS & MSS
- Expenses & Time Management
- Personal Administration
- Organisation Management
- Compensation Management
You will work with a team of experts in the following capacity: -
- Support of core business processes
- Troubleshooting incident and problem resolution
- Batch monitoring and recovery of failures with a view to improving the system/batch performance
- Delivery of ad hoc unplanned changes
- Documenting procedures and processes for Enterprise systems and interfacing systems
- Managing Project and change request (CR) scoping, estimation and design (ie preparing functional specification) through to implementation (completing system configuration, liaising closely with ABAP team during build phase) and preparing and managing all elements of testing (unit, system and integration)
- Identifying potential process improvements opportunities across the landscape
- Working alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks
