Description
Recruit 121 have an immediate requirement for an SAP FI Document Archiving Consultant to assist our (multinational consultancy) client in Finland for 40 days at approximately 3 days per week REMOTELY with just a few visits to site required.
Scope of Tasks:
1. Z-Report (existing report):
-Add requirement for reversal handling of FI documents (about 80.000 FI documents numbers/line item numbers) as should be automated.
No standard solution
Most probably customer Z-Report, which covers it - but we don't know yet
Check of customer Z-Report should be done till mid/end of next week )
Check of handling deactivated Company Codes as add. case discussed should be done till mid/end of next week

Test of Z-Report with customer IT and FI with SAP experts - including reversal handling:
Test schedule - proposal as soon as possible? (In two weeks?) - depending on the availability of the expert colleagues
At least we should give customer indication if first mainly complete test round is possible in October (background: they
have to test and see if all cases are covered with the Z-Report - so it could be that still new change request for the Z-Report will come up --> functional completeness of Z-Report is not known yet and could only be verified via test)
Work will be done mainly remotely. Some visit to the customer site might be needed
2. Review of FI Archiving Handbook - check and give customer indication till when it is finished with the responsible
colleague and include explicit date it in the meeting minutes.
