Job Summary
Oliver James are partnered with a Financial Services client based in Reading who are experiencing rapid growth and are one the UK's most recognisable brands. They are looking for an experienced E-business Consultant who will be supporting the take up of the online services available to financial advisers via their internal and 3rd party systems that they've integrated with. The ideal candidate will do this by providing specialist training and guidance to the Regional Sales Teams where required and follow up leads where advisers are unable to use the services.

Reporting to the Online Commercial Manager, this role will involve but not be limited to the following responsibilities;
- Deliver ongoing training and accreditation to the Regional Sales and Operations teams on their online services.
- Support on-boarding adviser firms to the online proposition including F2F and remote training.
- Ensuring RSUs and Adviser firms have the correct knowledge and technology set up to optimise usage of the online proposition and fit it with the advice process.
- Close liaison with the aligned regional sales team to ascertain priority segmentation, adoption targets, training requirements for the advisers and assisting in assessing suitability of firms.
- Close liaison with the Operations team to ensure technical and other referrals are handled effectively
- Support coaching of new entrants and delivery of training and accreditation modules to constantly renew knowledge within the sales team
The successful E-business Consultant must have a background within Financial Services with training experience gained within the Insurance space and have some of the following experiences;
- Working knowledge of financial adviser business processes, dealing with financial advisers in a face to face environment, marketing and promotional activities.
- Possess detailed knowledge of industry digital business initiatives and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with WEBEX, online services along with tools such as Excel and Powerpoint.
