Description
A leading organisation based in the heart of the City is actively seeking a German speaking Technical Service Desk Analyst who has the ability to support German users remotely. The successful 2nd line Service Desk Analyst will be joining a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts who are responsible for supporting 2000+ EMEA & 1000+ UK users. Due to current work levels in Germany the client requires German speaking support analysts (helpdesk/desktop this will be all remote based work). Candidates applying will have experience of working in a very busy environment taking in the region of 50+ calls a day and achieving over 85% first fix rate you will have excellent ability to troubleshoot & resolve technical problems with a methodical approach. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Successful German speaking candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Providing 1st & 2nd line support - Windows XP & Window 7 & Window 8 users
- Supporting 3,000+ Users by phone, e-mail, remote
- Supporting users - configurations, password re-sets, backups, user account creation, general IT troubleshooting and IT security
- Set up of New User Accounts and decommission old users
- Responsible for Active Directory user account management (Reset password, Edit, Delete)
- Assisting different types of users; Beginners, Intermediate and VIP users Active Directory; creating distribution list, creating groups, granting group access, creating/deleting users
