Description

ServiceNow/ITSM Business Analyst currently required for a new role with a Global Leader in ITSM Deployment and Business Change based in San Francisco on a Contract basis.

Working as part of the highly experienced team you will provide a Business Analysis resource across a number of Greenfield ServiceNow Implementations. You will be able to demonstrate strong client facing skills, expert stakeholder management and a proven track record in eliciting requirements within Service Transformation or Service Tooling projects.

In addition to the classic Business Analysis skills need this person will have a background within ServiceNow implementations with an appreciation for both the technical and functional aspects of a successful delivery. Ideally you will also have a keen appreciation for the wider Service Management world and hold ITIL certification. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful and competent ITSM consultancies in the UK as they build out on the East Coast of the US.
