Our client, a leading British Defence and Aerospace company are looking for a commercial specialist for a contract until the end of December.

As Commercial Specialist your key responsibilities will be:
Developing comprehensive business proposals which meet customer requirements and secure profitable and/or strategic business for the Company.
Managing the Commercial interface with customers and partners to maximise profitability and/or efficiency whilst seeking to meet the needs of the customer and Company.
Interfacing closely with the Strategy, Customer Business, Programmes, Engineering, Services, the broader Commercial Function and specialist functions to develop the Commercial offering and means of trading.
Drafting and negotiating of contract terms with Customers, Partners and Licensees.
Managing the business evaluation process, obtaining input and approval from specialist areas including Tax, Legal, Insurance, Offset, Intellectual Property, Export, Compliance and Treasury and secure formal business approvals.
Managing resolution of commercial issues and claims, correct administration of contracts under your control and subsequent improvement of Customer satisfaction.
Identifying of opportunities to optimise the business.
Identifying potential risks and liabilities in proposals and contracts and negotiate amendments to minimise business risk.

To be suitable for this role you must hold current Security Clearance and have previous Rolls Royce experience
