- Ø Proven experience in requirements analysis
- Ø Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training.
- Ø Soft Skills: Communicative abilities, Empathically: Being able to understand the needs of the end user, Analytical mind, Team player
- Ø Flexible, results-oriented with extensive stress
- Ø Associate should have Dutch and English Language skills.
Experience required:
- 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst
- Knowledge of environment of Finance
- Experience in creating Functional documentation, used cases and test cases.
- Experience in Fit gap process
- Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
- Knowledge SAP, PeopleSoft asset
