Description
An innovative international exhibition organisation is seeking a highly motivated Engagement Executive to work alongside their marketing team. The ideal applicant will have a proven experience in sales and be able to speak confidently on the phone to all existing clients. This role will be to start mid November and will be for a minimum of 11 weeks.
Role
- Recruit and engage international visitors to join the new international programme.
- Manage groups of international clients.
- To deliver/exceed monthly, quarterly and show targets
- To manage diaries and full pre show and onsite experiences for your clients
- Support Marketing and Operations teams with their requirements and information needed
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully achieve and/or exceed specified individual and event targets and performance objectives (KPIs)
- Be able to demonstrate the value to the clients of our solutions and track how they perceive that value through the show/event cycle
- Manage clients through the whole show cycle including onsite and post show follow-ups, reporting and case studies
- Work closely with, Marketing, Operations and Export Inspirers to deliver a complete package for clients and customers
Experience required
- Proven experience in sales, ideally gained from working in large scale event background would be a strong advantage within applications
- Telephone based sales experience
- Experience in managing international buyers will be a plus
- Use of Salesforce or similar CRM an advantage
- Good literacy and numeric skills required
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a high performing, fast paced Matrix environment
- Sales experience delivering targets preferred
- Confident verbal communication skills
