Frameworki Analyst
Main Purpose of the Job
To undertake a clean up exercise of Pathway and care plans, and LAC review papers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Improved statutory recording of data on Frameworki
1. Resolve issues around current data recording practices and use of Frameworki
2. Identify area of poor data quality and work to update systems together with case workers.
3. Ensure accurate output to Annex A reports using the data solemnly from Frameworki
4. Eliminate any spreadsheets used to mange workloads, and case progression or other recording of individual Childers information.
Staff are maintaining data in Frameworki
1. Assist in identifying changes that can be made to the system to make it easier for us in the future, and to ensure that all staff in those teams are capable of working within Fwi to record statutory data.
2. Support staff with training to get the best use out of the system.
3. Support Managers to get the best use of the available Management Information
4. Work both with individuals 1:1 and in groups to identify and update (if necessary) processes around data recoding
5. Providing 1:1 or groups with practical support in getting episodes/cases back on track
