Description

Incident Management Consultant required for a 8 month contract assignment located in Skane County/Sweden.

In the role of Service Improvement Manager you will coordinate and lead all operational and tactical work within the IT services area.

The ideal candidate:

-Experienced Service Manager with strong support management/change management background.

-ITIL Certified.

-Strong leadership and coaching skills

-Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

-Previous Scandinavian/Nordic experience would be useful but is not essential.
