Senior Business Analyst - Customer Payment Information

Negotiable DOE

Malmo - Sweden

10 month contract - Starting 2nd November 2015

My Client are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work within a busy Project Management team dedicated to cyber security and the protection of customer information within a RETAIL environment.

The successful candidate with have an extensive experience of -

  • Identify and collect relevant information needed from a requirement perspective
    drive, facilitate and document the modelling of business processes and working routines
  • Responsible for capturing and defining business requirements in a way that stakeholders and user organisation can understand
  • Responsible for capturing, analysing, and documenting stakeholder requirements
  • Analyse requirements and risk asses to assure feasibility
  • Act as link between the project, external dependencies, key stakeholders and IT-organization
  • Governance and process models within card payment process, customer payment information governance processes related to compliance with international laws, government regulations and industry best practices.
  • AVAILABLE TO START IN SWEDEN ON 2ND NOVEMBER

You need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to take on the customer payment information perspective as you will have a broad contact with many different people where you will have to use your influencing capabilities. Interacting with a diverse range of people comes very natural to you.
