I'm currently working on behalf of an International Retail Organization which operates 373 stores in 47 countries. They are continuously looking to expand their teams with top class professionals. They are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Key tasks:
* Identify and collect relevant information needed from a requirement perspective
* Within the business assignment drive, facilitate and document the modelling of business processes and working routines
* Responsible for capturing and defining business requirements in a way that stakeholders and user organization can understand
* Responsible for capturing, analysing, and documenting stakeholder needs
* Challenge the specified needs in a way that eliminates the risk of realizing requests that are not feasible
* Act as link between the project, external dependencies, key stakeholders and IT-organization
* Based in Malmö with the possibility to travel.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Governance and process models within card payment process, customer payment information governance processes related to compliance with international laws, government regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience from work within global projects in business process analysis, governance models and framework.
- You need to be excellent in communication and have a high ability to take on the IKEA customer payment information perspective as you will have a broad contact with many different people. Interacting with a diverse range of people comes very natural to you.
- Analytical - being able to structure information and derive conclusions and consequences out of them
- Open minded, creative and curious
- Capable of argue expectations and at the same time contribute to find possible alternatives
- Facilitation skills and leadership experience
- Have drive, deliver on time, and take initiative to meet deadlines. You can work alone, but love to work together and support others.
