Your tasks:
- Project management of a CRM project to introduce new CRM functionality
- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) regarding CRM, especially Contact management, Sales Opportunities, Campaign Management, RM Workplace, frontline reporting
- Support business functions with technical tests in test and integration environments
- Stakeholder management including business & technical end user consulting
- Service management: Post Go Live 3rd level support
- Change management: Support specific projects within set terms of reference and defined processes providing conclusions and recommendations as required
Your qualifications
- Thorough understanding of the wealth business processes, products and services
- Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German written and spoken (preferred)
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- Avaloq certification and experience
- PL/SQL skills
- Project management and Oracle database know-how (preferred)
- University degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering
- Experience in business analysis, consulting
- Proven experience with operating in a technical/IT environment (profound know-how regarding application design/engineering as well as project/program management is mandatory)
- Banking experience in CRM area (business know-how); education in banking (preferred)
