Description

My client requires a Support Analyst/Technical Analyst/Desktop Analyst who speaks Fluent French, Italian, German or Swedish as well as English to join their team on an initial 3 month contract in their Paris or Milan office.

You will have proven experience working on a technical desk within a professional services organisation.

The Support Analyst/Technical Analyst/Desktop Analyst will provide telephone assistance to users (1st line) and desk-side assistance (2nd line) where it is necessary to visit the user to resolve their problems. It will be essential that you will have good experience of all Microsoft Office applications. You will also have a high level support background of Windows XP as well as knowledge with printers and PC hardware.

You must be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service with the desire and enthusiasm to progress within this role
