Description

Project Assurance Analyst
To provide oversight and governance for infrastructure related projects in order to ensure successful project delivery from our service provider.

Key Responsibilities - include:

  • Work with service provider and project requestor to properly understand the project requirements as well as the scope the work
  • Confirm that the technical solution presented from the service provider is appropriate to meet the business requirements
  • Provide overall assurance of the project plan
  • Review project status with service provider on a weekly basis and ensure internal stage gating process is adhered to
  • Work on dashboards to be used to present to project stakeholders and senior management
  • Review and contribute to the RAID log
  • Report on major deviations of project plan
  • Ensure successful handover of project to BAU

Skill Requirements

  • Strong project management skills including risk management
  • Broad and solid understanding of infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ensuring service specifications are complete and accurate
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven technology change experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Productivity Tools

Ideally have

  • Good project management skill
  • Infrastructure knowledge
  • Large multinational experience
  • IT transformation experience
