ASA are currently recruiting for a Finance and Commercial Manager to work on a 6 month contract in Edinburgh
The Finance and Commercial Manager will provide effective leadership, management and governance in all matters relating to the financial and commercial objectives of the Programme.
Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of robust financial controls, governance and reporting
- Development and maintenance of the programme's business case
- Implementation of robust contract management and control
- Implementation of controls to monitor benefit realisation
Essential Skills/Criteria:
-Procurement and financial Leadership skills
-Programme Management experience
-Proven experience in the management of complex projects
-Proven track record leading, developing and driving best practice procurement solutions
-Membership of relevant professional bodies (CIPS and/or management accounting recognition
