A leading Investment Management firm is looking for a Data Management Analyst to join its expanding Data Management Office. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Performance data and will have a good blend of technical and business-facing skills. This is a fairly hybrid role with the opportunity to have exposure across the DMO and wider business from the start.
Key responsibilities:
* Undertake Data Management and Control tasks for the Performance team
* Process data for internal and external funds within B-One
* Validate data loaded into the Performance system (B-One)
* Work closely with IT and Operations teams to ensure data and systems issues are resolved
* Complete all tasks and provide an efficient and cost effective service within the agreed SLAS
* Assist with new developments and projects to improve productivity and to raise the profile of the team
Desired skills and Experience:
* Experience working within the Performance arm of an Investment Management firm.
* Experience of B-One/BI-SAM is essential
* Proven experience of implementing process improvements and automations.
* Understanding of the full investment trade life cycle
* Knowledge of portfolio monitoring and Valuations
* Good knowledge of Data Management and Operations processes
* Good communication skills
