Operations ManagerAn expecting opportunity has arisen at a major NHS client based in the London / M25 border area.
They have asked me to assist them in finding an interim operations manager for SARCOMA & HISTOPATHOLOGY services. The trust is based in the M25 / London border area and is easily reachable via rail or car.
My client is seeking to appoint an Interim Operations Manager and I am therefore inviting applications from experienced interim's with solid experience in Cancer - specifically around the 62 days target benchmark
The assignment is for 3 months initially and paying a competitive daily rate commensurate with a Senior Management role within the Trust structure.
Experience required:
RTT experience and solid operational background essential Working with Cancer Pathways and Capacity management Management of cancer targets - 2WW - 31 - 62 Improving patient flow Working with a cancer network.
Workforce planning experience would also be beneficial.
