My client, based on the outskirts of Staines, is looking for a Reasearch Analyst with a specfic background in Customer Insight and Mystery Shopper analysis.
Essentially, this role will manage the day to day running of the company's Mystery Shopper programme, setting up reviews, monitoring costs, troubleshooting issues and working with stakeholdrs to embed the mystery shopper output and results in the business, deriving relevant insight from the data and presenting this at workshops.
