Job Description:
Looking for a Leader, Market insight and intelligence, who will work on different research projects for different departments (Marketing, product...) providing report and conclusion to assist the business.
The person needs technical knowledge and project management skills as he/she will handle own projects but also with agencies.
The person will work for Europe with a focus on Italy.
Tasks:
- Take on the day to day responsibilities of working with the regions and guiding the planning work
- Develop specific research and analytics projects in collaboration with the central marketing team
- Manage the relationship with outside research vendorsis engaged with;
- Develop, lead, manage and execute the client's consumer brand and customer brand research agenda.
- Provides and leverages core research data primary and secondary research, data analytics, methodologies and tools and performance measurement.
- Leverages intelligence to identify emerging consumer behaviors, scans competitive landscape, economic trends and draws insights about customer needs and wants and communicates these insights/findings.
- Works proactively in a business partner role to proactively provide integrated, multi-disciplinary intelligence/insights that supports the development of strategies and measurement of effectiveness.
- Sets standards for intelligence globally, including vendor management, execution, analysis and communication.
Skills:
" At least 5 years' experiences in consumer and market insight and intelligence
" Analytical, good with numbers, good understand of research techniques
" Have a get on attitude, good listener and negotiator.
" Good knowledge of Microsoft office, SPSS and statistical analysis package
" Fluent in English. Any other European language is an asset
The team consists in 3 FTEs and 1 contractor: all senior level.
