Description
Within the role you will be responsible for:* The implementation and execution of SAP support processes at all sites assigned to the section.
* Monitoring and ensuring that SAP systems are operating to business requirements.
* Managing and overseeing SAP support requests through to resolution.
* Ensuring SAP support quality and availability through KIS and manage to final resolution.
* Identify system enhancements and work with Regional Demand Manager through to final system delivery.
* Co-ordinate regional SAP tasks.
* Ensuring that all regional SAP projects meet the business goals in terms of change milestones and budgeted performance as prescribed by local and regional business management.
* Functionally responsible for local SAP support.
For this exciting opportunity you will need:
* Broad experience in SAP MM/PP module
* A comprehensive understanding of SAP and the MM/PP module and integration
* Strong SAP configuration skills
* Exceptional communication skills are essential in order to explain SAP concepts to non technical colleagues.
* A proven record of SAP project experience is essential preferably in a project management role.
