KC/Systems Support - Windows, Lync, AD, Exchange - Rochdale
My client has an urgent requirement for a 2nd Line Support professional to provide systems support on the company's helpdesk. The role is very customer-focused and require a high level of interpersonal skills for supporting the end-user.
The technological competencies for this role are:
- Windows Server Support
- Lync
- Active Directory
- Exchange
Microsoft qualifications in Windows, AD, Exchange, etc are not essential, though they would enhance applications. SCCM/SCSM and App-V experience would be beneficial.
