Summary:- Responsible for the carry-out of the Predictive Maintenance Program
- Responsible for maintaining all equipment in good repair and perform repair work, all task in a safe and timely manner
- Perform Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Work Orders for Utilities and Manufacturing equipment as well as facility maintenance W.O.
- Perform different daily checks on the Boiler, Catalytic Oxidizer, Gas Meters, and Dust Collectors
- Trouble shoot equipment breakdowns.
- Participate in all safety meetings and tool boxes.
- Conduct safety site walks and report on Findings.
- Comply with all Corporate and local rules and regulations
- Close Maintenance work orders in CMMS identifying proper corrective measures.
- Follow-up with co-workers on implementation of corrective measures
- Ensure all appropriate safety measures are followed
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, Trade School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with reaction and distillation operations and specifically with rotating equipment.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Understanding of the basic concepts of rotating equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills and a willingness to work with different functional groups
- Ability to read engineering diagrams, technical procedures, company policies and procedures, government regulations.
- Ability to provide feedback to Supervision in all critical areas such as inventory of critical spare parts, equipment conditions, regulatory compliance status and plant safety systems functions.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervision and employees.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, measurements and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to critically evaluate results, make recommendations.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be familiar with Excel spreadsheet software and centralized mechanical maintenance systems (CMMS).
- Certificate & Licenses: Vibration Level I Certification, Infra-red Thermography Level 1Certification
- MS Office 24 months experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
