IT JUNIOR CONTRACT MANAGER (PURCHASING)
A large financial organisation in Luxembourg is currently seeking a Junior IT Contract Manager to work alongside the Systems Infrastructure Budget and Contract Management team and Technology Purchasing. The contractor will perform the renewal of IT hardware and software maintenance and support and/or services in respect of the active contracts and the contract management process. The contractor will assist in the implementation of the new Contract Lifecycle Management system.
Tasks:
. Raise the shopping cart for the acquisition of new IT software and hardware component(s) or for the renewal of IT software and hardware maintenance and support and/or services as defined in currently applicable contracts.
. Collect and deliver the required documentation for the Contract Routing Card review at destination to Corporate Legal, Group Tax, Controlling & Accounting, Compliance, Outsourcing, Data Protection and Technology Purchasing stakeholders.
. Support the migration of the existing and active contracts of Systems Infrastructure department into the new Contract Management System.
. Trigger the review process of contracts and perform the follow-up until completeness and store the final review within the Contract Management System (CMS).
. Act as a reference point for queries and information about contracts.
Qualifications/Required Skills
. Experience in contract review (and negation) for IT hardware, software and services
. First experience in order processing with SAP SRM will be an asset
. Good understanding of the IT landscape
. Diligent with attention to details and correctness
. Excellent communication skills
. Team player, and able to work on own initiative
. Knowledge of MS Office
. Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset
Location: Luxembourg with activities to perform in both Frankfurt and Luxembourg
