Compliance OfficerCompliance Officer required for boutique asset management firm based in the West End of London to join their compliance team focusing on compliance advisory and the implementation of the compliance monitoring programme.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the implementation and development of the compliance monitoring programme
- The identification and monitoring of regulatory requirements: SYSC, CASS rules, UCITS, AIFMD, MIFID, COBS, COLLS etc.
- Explaining new compliance regulations and their impact to the different departments at all levels
- Assist in updating compliance risk management processes
- Liaising with UK regulators
- Ad-hoc compliance support as required by colleagues
- Execution on thematic reviews
The asset manager is looking for someone with strong communication skills that can drive continuous improvement and innovation and understands the industry.
