QIPP Service Redesign Manager - NHSRealStaffing are currently recruiting for a Service Redesign Manager within a CCG in the south.
Contract Length: 6 months
Day rate: £450 - £550 depending on experience
Start date: Negotiable
The role:
- Lead on the project management and co-ordination of planned care, aspects of urgent care, systems resilience and management of 111 and OOH contracts to fulfill the QIPP Plan and local CCG objectives.
- Deliver the Integrated Complex Older Persons Pathway securing financial support from the Acute Trust and Local Authority to support the process.
- Manage the 111 and OOH contracts and work with the QIPP programme director on Systems Resilience.
- Lead the EPRR
- Ensure that milestones and performance indicators are developed monitored regularly with effective reporting and tracking of project progress.
- Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of the commissioning and procurement process to ensure the roll out of the services agreed as part of the redesign process drawing on relevant expertise as required.
- Lead the development of project communications and engagement plans taking an equality impact assessment approach, interpreting and presenting a range of complex and contentious information on the implications of and about the various clinical areas which will be redesigned to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ensure clear potential benefits of change are established, tracked and realised and key deliverables are produced and implemented
