Description
Compliance Manager required to join a well-established Asset Manager based in London.The first part of this compliance manager role will require you to ensure the compliance monitoring plan is implemented and developed effectively and the second part of your role will be focused on compliance advisory services. Lastly, you will also have significant involvement in ad hoc projects for the compliance function.
Breakdown of day to day responsibilities:
Develop and implement the compliance monitoring programme.
Produce well written reports outlining any issues identified and provide realistic resolutions through your findings.
Keep up to date on UK and European compliance regulations applicable to asset management.
Carrying out thematic reviews and gap analysis.
Provide compliance advisory to relevant stake holders and business lines ad hoc.
Highlight regulatory risks and escalate any matters of concern to senior management.
Ad hoc involvement in the compliance review of financial promotions
