About the opportunity
As a major global financial services provider, we currently require a Payments Analyst, on a contract basis, to help ensure that we continue to provide a world class service and drive our dedication to client experience.
The role holder will work as part of a team being responsible for accurate and timely execution of payment instructions. The role requires excellent attention to detail to ensure adherence to a strict risk and control framework and deliver an excellent standard of service to our internal and external clients
Core accountabilities
Operational Performance:
The role holder will be responsible for producing accurate work and meeting team and department service level agreements. Being able to follow agreed procedures to ensure compliance with Barclays policy and regulatory requirements is crucial to the role.
Teamwork and Communication:
The role holder will work individually and as part of a team with effective management of workflow and hand-offs to others key to the success of the job. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and have to manage regular interaction and queries from key internal stakeholders which will include other operational areas and relationship managers and client facing colleagues.
