JUNIOR MS Project COORDINATOR (WINDOWS 7, ITIL, MIDDLEWARE PRODUCTS)

The contract is with a large organisation to be on assignment at a European site in Luxembourg. The client is seeking a Junior MS Project Coordinator. The candidate needs to have a complete overview of IT Infrastructure Management

- System Management

- Database Management

- Network Management

- Service Level Agreement Management

- Service Catalogue Definition

This is a junior role and the candidate should have 1 to 2 years' experience in IT infrastructure management.

ITIL Certification is mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Change Management - Qualification, assignment, communication, coordination and follow-up of requests (tickets) & RfCs
- Support Project Managers into the follow up of the tasks.
- Track and Report the progress about requests fulfilment in order to comply service level agreements (SLA);
- Escalate issues related to the customer requests by following defined escalation process.
- Prepare reporting, organise the meeting and communicate agenda and meeting minutes to respective audience.
- Participate of the writing, review and handover of the Standard Operation Procedure and Work Instructions.
- Able to lead and coordinate small projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Business Skills
ITIL v3 - Foundation Certification - mandatory
Knowledge of European Institutions or Public Sector

Technical Skills and Experience

- Exposure to IT project management, in application architecture for information systems and in computer services operations.
- Knowledge of modern information system technical architecture (multi-tiers applications, IT infrastructure, etc);
- A general understanding of some of following Middleware products: Oracle, WebLogic, ColdFusion, Documentum, Business Object, LAMP/T stack running under SOLARIS, Linux or WINDOWS;
- A good experience in Operational environment or Datacentre.
