Description
Senior Test Manager wanted for a new program within an international bank based in Zurich.Your tasks:
- Establishing a test strategy as well as test organization and subsequently implementing testing
- Reviewing, determining, controlling and directing testing resources along with analyzing and reporting on the overall test results
- Identifying and providing necessary trainings to test groups as well as providing sign off on test outcomes prior to go-live
- Working closely with stakeholder to initiate and manage the test effort
- Ensuring adherence to agreed test strategy more over planning and projecting schedules
Your experience/skills:
- Graduate degree in computer science ,IT or related field, alternatively an equivalent education such as apprenticeship
- 5+ years of experience in testing or project management preferably in financial/banking environment
- Proficiency in test strategy definition and test plan across different applications
- Experience in non-functional testing and test automation in addition to knowledge in business analysis/requirements engineering
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
