Sourcing Analyst - Arabic Speaking
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Sourcing Analyst - Arabic Speaking based in Riyadh
JOB SUMMARY
The Sourcing Analyst (SA) is responsible for implementing and maintaining the sourcing strategies and procurement policies designed.
SA is also responsible for analysing category spend, defining preferred suppliers and category strategy, reviewing strategy alternatives with the business partners, selecting and implementing sourcing strategies, executing sourcing actions such as RFP management, supplier negotiations and administration of supplier relationships.
In addition, the SA is responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and financial management expertise to ensure that cost objectives and targets are met.
In summary, SA will need to:
Drive the definition of Clients IT Sourcing Strategy making sure it is in line with the business objectives and strategy
Guides communication of commercial contract for third party suppliers
Maintains the most cost-efficient way of sourcing and enforcing contracts of products and services.
Collaborate with central procurement office in Client including the collection and execution of purchase orders
Facilitate the selection of appropriate sourcing options to ensure delivery of quality solutions at a competitive price
Ensure coordination between Architecture & Planning, Service Development and Service Management in terms of supplier relationships to deliver cost reduction and maximum value from key third party contracts
Ensure best possible contractual terms, to develop and maintain a quality-driven preferred supplier list
Negotiates all new Sourcing agreements
Support Supplier Relationship Manager for Contract signing,
Work with Service Owners to define Service Level Agreements in contracts
Partner with the Client Legal Team, as and when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Sourcing Analysis
Lead and conduct quarterly business review identifying key spend trends, prior period sourcing effectiveness and process improvements
Assess market information and create qualified suppliers lists
Analyze spend trends and make recommendations, understand category cost-drivers and category supplier fragmentation
Supplier Relationship
Collaborate with Supplier Relationship Manager to develop/sustain relationships with key strategic suppliers
Develop relationships with external Procurement resources to identify industry best practices, category information, market information and qualified supplier lists
Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and negotiate statements of work
Develop supplier business reviews for contract compliance, business performance and process improvement opportunities
Partner with the Client Legal Team, as and when required.(Contracts etc.)
Sourcing Strategy
Align with key stakeholders to develop and prioritize annual sourcing projects
Use market analysis, sourcing engagements and industry contacts to develop qualified supplier groups to enhance the speed of sourcing engagements
Identify and implement long-term category plans with internal stakeholders for strategic suppliers
Collaborate cross-functionally ensuring stakeholder alignment and commitment to strategies
Develop and execute sourcing strategies
Support Supplier relationship Manager to draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) where applicable
Create negotiation strategies to deliver business-owner requirements and minimize supply chain risks through supplier selection and contract execution
Collaborate with Procurement team members on various initiatives to build and maintain a high performing organization
Sourcing Reporting
Provide sourcing reports to IT Management
